an artist would use to harmonise colours and sounds:
fish chosen from the best suppliers, meats chosen
with care, game meat in the autumn... |

in front of you are rare savours combined
with subtlety: foie gras and confit de raisin;
filet beef and calf sweetbread prepared façon
du chef; pigeon stuffed with curly kale... The
desserts are full of imagination: bananas in puff
pastry with caramel; chocolate gateau with orange
sauce; frozen pistachio square with citrus fruits...
The Chef invents and dares but always with his
quest to please the gourmet's senses. The
menus start from 39€ and change every two
